This year, the red label Medium Dry cider has undergone an evolution that will take it to the next level of cider magnificence! The previous iteration of this cider won awards including a 2-gold-star Great Taste Award, so this new version really is standing on the shoulders of a giant. Most notably, they used local Kingston Black apples (a variety referred to by cider guru Andrew Lea as “allegedly the perfect cider apple”). These were a joy to press, and fermented beautifully, so I’m confident this mouthwatering medium-dry cider hits all the right notes!
