Off to the sweet shop again for the latest LeiMai beer, and we’re once again joined by NoLo iconoclasts mash gang for a sequel to last year’s fizzy worm Berliner Weisse.
The brewers have crammed a 2.4% sour base full of cherry & strawberry puree and orange juice post-fermentation to keep the fruit flavours pronounced and not lose any of their impact to the fermentation process, plus malic acid and citric acid for that tart green apple & lemon sherbet dizziness.
