Erdinger Pikantus is a wheat beer that has an alcohol content of 7.3%, considerably higher than other varieties produced by Erdinger Weissbräu. The dark bock beer owes its strong and full flavour to the use of the dark wheat and malted barley and a much longer process of maturing taste.
