Dracula's Daughter - An extra juicy Blood Orange IPA. Dry hopped with Citra, Idaho 7 for notes of tropical citrus. We also added 200kg blood orange juice and hibiscus for extra citrus flavour and a (blood) red hue!
The Mummy - A rich and creamy Coconut White Stout, inspired by the traditional Egyptian drink: Sobia. We boiled the pale malt base for 3 hours to produce a velvety and sweet golden stout. The beer was then infused with toasted coconut flakes and fresh coffee.
Frankenstein's Monster - A Key Lime Pie Saison. Brewed with saison yeast to produce a light & crisp beer with a phenolic bite. We used 60kg of lime juice for a limey citrus burst, and vanilla essence adds a sweet creaminess on the finish.
